A data-driven analysis across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Reddit, and Vibe TV with actionable recommendations to increase return on ad spend and reduce new customer acquisition cost.
Vegamour is spending $484,915 per month across all paid channels but generating only approximately $414,432 in attributed revenue (Google conversions_value $336,293 + Meta purchase value $78,139). The blended ROAS is approximately 0.85x, meaning the ad spend is not paying for itself. Two campaigns alone are responsible for $49,078 in near-zero-return spending.
Note on Google Ads "conversions" vs "conversions_value": Windsor.ai reports ~19,838 "conversions" for Google Ads L30D. This number includes all conversion actions (add-to-carts, page views, micro-conversions). The Google Ads API reports 4,640 primary conversions with $336,293 in revenue using the conversions_value field. We use conversions_value for ROAS accuracy, as confirmed in our May 2026 methodology correction.
This CTV/YouTube campaign has spent $46,167 in 30 days and generated only 5 conversions worth $622. The CPA is $9,233 per purchase. Over 82% of spend goes to Connected TV placements where click-through is near zero (198 clicks total, 0.01% CTR).
20,007 clicks at $0.15 CPC means this is generating very low-quality traffic. Only 1 purchase conversion. Over the 90-day window, this campaign spent $64,968 with only $519 revenue (0.008x ROAS). The click volume is high but conversion rate is 0.005%.
$363 CPA with 0.18x ROAS. Over 90 days this campaign has spent $113,126 with $263.70 CPA (429 purchases). If audience testing is complete, the losing audiences should be cut and budget redirected to proven winners.
Combined $2,392 Boosted Posts + $7,808 Sephora VIB Traffic campaign. The Sephora campaign is set to "Landing Page Views" optimization (not purchases), spending $7,808 with 25 attributed conversions but 0 purchases. Boosted Posts produced $2,392 in pure awareness spend with zero purchase conversions.

Key Insight: Only 5 campaigns out of 19 are generating above 1.5x ROAS. The top 5 campaigns account for $331,893 in revenue on $121,543 spend (2.73x ROAS). The bottom 5 campaigns account for only $25,853 in revenue on $112,469 spend (0.23x ROAS). Reallocating budget from bottom performers to top performers could dramatically improve blended ROAS.

Critical Finding: Only 1 out of 12 Meta campaigns is above 1.0x ROAS (Retention DPA at 1.28x). The DPA/retargeting campaign is the only profitable Meta campaign. All prospecting and ASC+ campaigns are running at a loss. Meta is consuming 36% of total ad budget but returning only 19% of total revenue. The funnel economics suggest either the creative is fatigued, the audiences are saturated, or the attribution window is too narrow to capture Meta's true lift.

| PMax | Lash & Brow | $1,001 | 216 | 3 | $333.64 | 1.08% |
Bing Recommendations: The Shopping campaigns and PMax-BR-Products are performing well with CPAs under $40. However, "Hair Growth Solutions" Search ($206 CPA) and "Lash & Brow" PMax ($334 CPA) are significantly underperforming. These two campaigns should either be restructured with tighter targeting and stronger negative keywords, or paused to redirect budget to the Shopping campaigns that are converting efficiently.

Reddit Assessment: The Reddit experiment produced zero conversions on $4,247 in spend. The initial campaigns used "Clicks" objective instead of "Conversions," which meant Reddit was optimizing for low-cost clicks rather than purchasers. The later campaigns switched to "Conversions" but were paused before gathering enough data. Reddit's r/HaircareScience, r/FemaleHairLoss, and r/tressless communities have significant engagement around hair growth products and represent untapped potential. Recommendation: If restarting Reddit, test with a single conversion-optimized campaign targeting hair-loss subreddits with authentic, non-salesy creative and a clear promotion offer. Budget: $20/day minimum for 30 days to gather signal.

| Desktop | $1,561 | $0 | 0.00x | 0 |
| Tablet | $702 | $0 | 0.00x | 0 |
CTV/Video Verdict: The Video Views campaign is the single biggest budget drain in the entire account. $38,150 of the $46,167 goes to Connected TV with only 1 conversion ($71 revenue). This campaign is spending $1,538 per day with virtually no direct-response return. At $46K/month, this represents 9.5% of total ad budget with 0.01x ROAS. Unless there is a proven brand-lift or halo-effect study justifying this spend, it should be paused immediately and the budget redistributed to high-ROAS campaigns.
Vibe TV and ChatGPT Ads data are not currently flowing through our API integrations. If Vegamour is running Vibe TV campaigns, we need access to the Vibe TV dashboard or API credentials to pull performance data. For ChatGPT/OpenAI ad placements (if applicable), these are still in early beta with limited reporting APIs. Recommendation: Request Vibe TV login credentials and ChatGPT Ads reporting access so we can include these in the next analysis cycle.
| Keyword | Position | Volume | CPC | Traffic % |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| vegamour | 1 | 18,100 | $11.23 | 1.65% |
| vegamour gro hair serum | 1 | 8,100 | $3.96 | 2.33% |

| vegamour shampoo | 1 | 2,400 | $5.80 | 1.11% |
| vegamour hair serum | 1 | 1,900 | $5.08 | 0.87% |
SEO Opportunity: Vegamour ranks #1 for most branded terms and several high-value non-branded terms ("derma roller for hair growth" at 6,600 monthly volume). The strong organic presence for branded terms means the $56,404 Branded Search spend on Google could partially be cannibalizing organic clicks. A brand bid reduction test (lowering branded bids by 20-30% for 2 weeks) could determine how much organic picks up the slack and reduce branded CPA. Additionally, non-branded SEO content targeting "hair growth serum," "best shampoo for hair loss," and "hair supplements for women" could reduce reliance on paid non-brand search.

Combined new customer acquisition spend across Google and Meta: $201,969/month generating approximately $90,035 in revenue = 0.45x blended NCAC ROAS.
The "Video views - 2026-09-04" campaign is spending $46,167/month with only $622 in revenue (0.01x ROAS). Connected TV absorbs 83% of this spend with 1 conversion. This is the single largest waste in the account. Pausing this campaign and reallocating even half of the budget to Branded Search, Shopping USA, or Scalp Duo PMax would dramatically improve blended ROAS.
$2,910/month (L30D) with $91 revenue. Over 90 days, this campaign burned $64,968 with only $519 revenue (0.008x ROAS). Despite high click volume (20,007 L30D, 407,531 L90D), the conversion rate is 0.005%. The traffic quality is extremely low. The Amazon redirect model is not working for direct conversion attribution.
Meta currently runs 13 campaigns, creating audience fragmentation, internal auction competition, and making optimization nearly impossible. Consolidate to: (1) Retention DPA (keep, 1.28x ROAS), (2) Prospecting ASC+ (merge all ASC+ campaigns into 1, let Meta's algorithm find the best audience), (3) Creative Testing ABO (1 campaign, controlled testing), (4) Seasonal/Promotional (when needed). Pause: Audience Testing, Old Relaunch Test, Sephora VIB Traffic, Engagement/Boosted Posts.
The top 5 campaigns (Branded Search, Scalp Duo PMax, Male Hair Serum PMax, Shopping USA, GRO Ageless PMax) collectively generate 2.73x ROAS. These are proven winners with room to scale. Increase budgets by 25% initially, then another 15% after 2 weeks if performance holds. Use the savings from pausing Video Views and Amazon Pilot to fund this increase without increasing total spend.
The Demand Generation campaign spends $50,501/month with 0.38x ROAS ($19,168 revenue). While it drives 92,735 clicks, the conversion quality is low. Reduce budget from ~$1,700/day to ~$850/day. Test different audience signals, creative formats, and landing pages over 30 days. If ROAS does not improve above 1.0x, pause entirely.
Branded Search generates $196,892 revenue on $56,404 spend (3.49x ROAS). However, organic rankings for "vegamour," "vegamour gro hair serum," and "vegamour shampoo" are all Position #1. A portion of these paid clicks would have been captured organically for free. Run a 2-week branded bid reduction test: lower branded CPCs by 25% and monitor organic click pickup. If organic captures 50%+ of the lost paid clicks, this could save $10-15K/month with minimal revenue impact.
The 4 NCAC campaigns spend $65,927/month with 0.62x ROAS. While these target new customers (higher CPA expected), the current efficiency is unsustainable. Recommendations: (a) Tighten audience signals on PMax NCAC campaigns to exclude returning visitors, (b) Add more negative keywords to Shopping NCAC to block low-intent queries, (c) Test "new customer only" bidding strategies, (d) Consider reducing NCAC PMax budgets by 20% and increasing the non-NCAC PMax budgets that show 1.5x+ ROAS. The goal is to find the equilibrium between new customer volume and acceptable CPA.
Most Meta prospecting campaigns show 0.3-0.4x ROAS, suggesting creative fatigue and/or audience saturation. Action items: (a) Audit all active ad creatives for frequency fatigue (any creative shown 3+ times to the same user), (b) Develop 10-15 new creative angles focusing on UGC, before/after testimonials, dermatologist endorsements, and subscription value proposition, (c) Test video-first creatives (Reels-optimized), (d) Implement a creative testing framework with clear kill criteria (any creative below 0.5x ROAS after $500 spend gets paused).
Bing is relatively small ($13.6K over 90 days) but the Shopping campaigns perform well ($23-$39 CPA). Pause "Hair Growth Solutions" ($206 CPA) and "Lash & Brow PMax" ($334 CPA). Redirect their budget to the Shopping campaigns and Branded Search. Also expand Shopping to include full product catalog if not already present.
Non-Brand Search spends $7,112/month with 0.34x ROAS ($2,428 revenue, 26 conversions). The CTR is strong at 4.49% but the conversion rate is low. Actions: (a) Audit search terms report for wasted spend on irrelevant queries, (b) Add negative keywords aggressively, (c) Focus ad groups on highest-converting product categories only, (d) Test more specific landing pages matched to ad group intent (hair serum page for serum queries, shampoo page for shampoo queries). If ROAS does not improve above 0.8x after optimization, reduce budget by 50%.
The Subscription PMax campaign shows 1.15x ROAS on only $811/month spend. Over 90 days, it generated $31,452 spend with $57,296 revenue (1.82x ROAS) and 3,001 conversions. This is a proven campaign with strong unit economics. Scaling budget from ~$27/day to $100-200/day could significantly increase subscription acquisition. Each subscriber has compounding LTV, making this the highest-leverage campaign for long-term revenue growth.
Reddit's hair care communities (r/HaircareScience, r/FemaleHairLoss, r/tressless) are highly engaged with hair growth product discussions. The previous Reddit test failed because initial campaigns used "Clicks" objective. Relaunch with: (a) Conversion-optimized campaign, (b) Target hair loss and hair care subreddits specifically, (c) Use authentic, Reddit-native creative (user testimonial format, not polished brand ads), (d) $20/day budget for 30-day test minimum. Reddit CPMs are significantly lower than Meta ($9.53 vs $19.00), presenting a cost-efficient prospecting channel.
